Afghanistan To Attend Upcoming Warsaw Meeting With High Morale

Monday April 11, 2016
KABUL (BNA) The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is committed to design a new developmental national strategy and prepare a report on good governance and reforms before the holding session of donor countries in Warsaw, present to the session and draw the attention of international community to further aids to Afghanistan.
BNA economic and political analyst commenting on the issue writes: the coordination and joint monitoring board recently held a meeting in Kabul. In the session, the commitments of Afghanistan and international community before each other assessed. The session was held on the eve of international conference is to be held with participation of Afghan, UN and a number of donor countries  high ranking officials in Warsaw in near future. At Warsaw conference, the commitments of Afghan government before international community and continuation of foreign aids to Afghanistan discussed. Good governance, growth of national incomes, monitoring on local resources, anti-corruption campaign, bringing reform on justice and judicial organs are part of Afghanistan’s commitments before international community and donor countries. If the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan implements its commitments successfully, the international community is committed to politically and financially support Afghanistan and equip its security forces. While just a few months have been remained for holding Warsaw conference, a board consists of Afghan and UN officials in close cooperation of international organizations will assess the ways that Afghanistan to implement its commitments in practice.
The statements of president Ghani delivered in the recent meeting of the board indicate that Afghanistan will attend Warsaw conference with high morale. Afghan president made it clear that it has economized in big contracts and considering the independence of judicial power the reform has been brought. President Ghani in a clear message to international community said that we know and can determine our problems and as a responsibility, we strive for their solution.  He insisted that before going to Warsaw, implement our commitments in practice to show that the money that comes from the taxpayers of donor countries as aid to Afghanistan would not waste. The statements indicate that the Afghan leaders deal international community with high responsibility and believe, with adopting effective measures and programs for preparing the ground for economic growth, improving political and social situations, good governance and anti-administrative corruption fulfill its commitments before international community. The Afghans are trying hard to settle their own problems and not rely on international community’s aids for a long time.  Although political experts praise the commitments of Afghanistan before the world community but insists that since Afghan problem is deeply rooted abroad, it is the moral obligation of world community to help Afghan people and state in settling this grave problem.
If we Afghans experiencing a fragile economy today suffering from insecurity and instability in our country or we have not access to medical services the reason is that our country has trapped in a great game launched by intelligence services of the region. They want to achieve their evil objectives via killing our people and destruction of country. In addition, some countries follow sabotaging the economy of our country as a strategy. They use transit routes as a means for political purposes.  The corrupted people convicted to robbery and corruption and they were accountable to people have fled the country and live safely in foreign countries. Drug trafficking linking to Afghans in reality carried out and supports by the intelligence of the region and international mafia. The Afghan people hope the international community especially the participants of Warsaw session besides assessing the Afghan commitments, should think about the external factors of Afghan problem, and cooperate for its permanent solution.
