Kabul (BNA) President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani talked with civil and military officials of northern Faryab province via video conference yesterday.
According to information of presidential press office to BNA, while Dr. Abdullah Abdullah and a number of officials from security organs were present in the video conference, governor of Faryab, commander of 209 Shaheen army corps and other civil and military officials of Faryab spoke about security situations of the province and shared their problems and suggestions with president.
President Ghani after hearing the reports said, ensuring security in all provinces of the country, particularly in Faryab province is the top priority of government.
President Ghani asked civil and military officials of Faryab to improve security, social and development situations of the province.
At the end of the video conference, President Ghani thanked from supports and sacrifices of people and Afghan security forces regarding ensuring security, stability and maintaining government achievements.
