House Of People Considers Answers Of Interior, Finance Ministers As Satisfactory

Kabul (BNA) Chaired by its speaker Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi, the House of People heard answers of the ministers of interior and finance, Besmellah Mohammadi and Hazrat Omar Zakhilway. 
The deputies asked some questions from the ministers and they provided explanations. 
The deputies summoned the finance minister to know about the reasons for increase in the 1389 national budget without the adoption of the House of people and called it violation of the budgetary guideline. 
The minister of finance while advancing reasons said that Afs ten billion from the past year budget and Afs two billion from the 91 code has been added to the budget as per instructions of the president. 
The noted sums were already adopted by the House of People in the budget of 1389. 
He stressed that in the ordinary budget of 1389 covering Afs 116 billion was not increased. 
He also informed the deputies of the achievements of the ministry in regulating financial system, upgrading capacities, payment of salaries in computerized system and some other improvements that are considered the best in this region. 
He also said that income of past year that showed 365 million dollars has increased to USD 1.2 billion and this can facilitate building of roads, hospitals and universities in the country. 
The deputies also raised questions about the French forces operations in which 8 children were martyred in Kapisa, as well as over the creation of local police. 
The minister of interior expressed regret over the loss of children in Kapisa adding that the operation was not coordinated with the local forces. 
He added that on the basis of order of the president created local police in some regions of the country and this has helped stability in those regions. 
He stressed that creation of the local police in 50 districts and upgrading the police capacities are the achievements of the ministry. 
Some of the deputies said that the explanations contradicted their questions and raised complain that answers did not satisfy them, while the overall majority confirmed the explanations of the ministers as satisfactory.
