Pul-e-Alam (BNA) Abdul Qayum Rahimi, the governor of Logar, inaugurated the construction of two schools and six drinking water wells for schools in Khoshi district of Logar
Shah Pour-Arab, spokesman for the Logar Education Department, told BNA that the digging of drinking water wells for six schools and the construction of new schools in Khaja Laghavi and Payanda Khel of Khoshi district have been constructed at a cost of 19/5 million Afghanis from the Aqra program.
Arab added that the buildings of the two schools have a capacity of eight hundred students at a time and have classrooms, drinking water wells and other essentials.
One hundred and eleven projects in the school building sector are currently underway in collaboration with the Aqra program.
It is worth mentioning that the new building of Qala-e-Jarnil primary school in Mohammad Agha district of Logar was put into operation twenty days ago.
