EU and Swiss Allocate 20 Million Euros for Climate Change Resilience in Afghanistan


KABUL (BNA) The European Union (EU) and a Swiss organization for Development and Cooperation have announced a substantial financial contribution of 20 million euros.

This funding aims to empower local communities in assessing risks and implementing measures to reduce the negative effects of these environmental threats.

According to the announcement, the EU will provide 15 million euros, while the Swiss Development and Cooperation organization, along with its partners, will contribute an additional 5 million euros.
