Aibak (BNA) Food, non-food and cash money were distributed for war and Earthquake damaged people in Samangan province.
Rajab Ali Yousofi head of disaster events of Samangan province told BNA, the sums 285,000 Afghanis were donated by disaster preparedness department and 10 tons of wheat distributed by Kazakhstan country for earthquake affected people in Aibak city of the province.
He said that the assistances have been distributed according to the decision of emergency committee for 19 families of Aibak city which their homes were completely destroyed in recent earthquake.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Zahir Amiri chairman of Red Crescent of Samangan province said that mine clearing institution in the north of the country with cooperation of UNDP has taken assistances program for people who were affected in landmines and war in the province and donated food and non-food for them.
The process also continues in districts of the province as well.
