Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) Two civilians were martyred in an explosion in Balkh district of Balkh province this afternoon.
Adel Shah Adel, spokesman for Balkh police chief told BNA that two civilians were martyred when an improvised explosive device exploded in a handcart in Koloft port in Balkh district of Balkh province.
He added that 13 other civilians, including children were injured in the blast.
He added that three ANA soldiers were also superficially wounded in the blast.
