CE Meets Indian NSA

Kabul (BNA) Chief Executive, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah met Indian government’s National Security Advisor (NSD), Ajit Doval in New Delhi on Thursday, BNA reported.
Matters relating mutual interests including military and security development in Afghanistan, regional situation and cooperation in war on terror and extremism came under discussion during the meeting. The Chief Executive, according to another report, also met business community and members of the chamber of commerce and industries of India, in New Delhi and encouraged the business firms to invest in Afghanistan. Encouraging business community for investment in Afghanistan, the Chief Executive assured that Afghanistan government would support investment in all fields including infrastructure, energy, agriculture, etc. The Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah after conclusion of his four-day visit to India and exchanging views with Indian leaders including Indian Prime Minister and External Affairs Minister and delivering speech at the Counterterrorism Conference in Jaipure city, returned home on Thursday, a statement released here by his office yesterday.
