Kabul (BNA) Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah met yesterday with a number of elders and representatives of Takhar’s Rustaq district in Kabul.
In the meeting, representatives and elders of Rustaq district shared their visions and demands with chief executive over addressing martyrdom incident of Wakil Ainuddin, disarmament of armed and irresponsible individuals and security condition of the district.
In their speeches, they supported the government and law and asked for fair punishment of Ainuddin’s assailants, law enforcement and maintaining security in the area.
After hearing the elders’ demands and suggestions, the country’s chief executive promised to seriously address their demands, stressing that law and justice would be enforced in this regard based on reports of the government’s dispatched delegation.
Chief executive instructed relevant government organs for addressing the issue and insisted that safety of the people and maintaining security in the area were the government’s top priorities.
