Thai Tourists Explore Historical Sites in Herat

HERAT (BNA): A group of seventeen Thai tourists embarked on a journey to the province of Herat with the goal of exploring its historical sites and tourist attractions.
Mawlavi Rahmatullah Mohammadi, the head of tourism for the Information and Culture Department of Herat Province, assured that foreign tourists can travel to this province with ease and comfort to visit its historical sites and tourist attractions. The department stands ready to facilitate the tourists’ experience.
Mohammadi emphasized that there are no restrictions for either domestic or foreign tourists wishing to visit the historical sites and tourist attractions in Herat. The Thai tourists, who have made the journey to Herat, expressed their admiration for Afghanistan’s many natural landscapes, a beauty often overlooked by foreign media.
They expressed their gratitude to the officials of the Islamic Emirate for ensuring their security during their visit. They highlighted that Afghanistan is home to many historical attractions and expressed their hope that tourists from around the world would also choose to visit this country.
