MoFA Summons Pakistan Ambassador

Kabul (BNA) Spokesman for Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a news conference said Afghanistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs had summoned Pakistan ambassador to Kabul for protest related to a series of recent violations followed by Pakistan from the other side of Durand line against the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
Speaking to journalists in the news conference, spokesman of Foreign Affairs Ministry Shekib Mustaghni said, “In an official letter submitted to Pakistan ambassador to Kabul serious protest has been made by Afghanistan related to recent violations of Pakistan.”
He said all recent violations followed by Pakistan had been seriously criticized, adding Afghanistan government criticized supportive role of Pakistan from Taliban insurgents, increasing missile attacks of Pakistan on Shigal and Dangam districts of Afghanistan and recent attack launched by thousands of armed Taliban with support of Pakistani advisors on Hesarak district of Nangarhar province.
Mustaghni further said Pakistan did not stand on its commitments related to counter terrorism in the region; on the contrary the country was continuing its supportive role from armed Taliban and terrorists.
