Kabul (BNA) National Security Advisor Dr. Hamdullah Mohib met with a number of elders, influenced figures and protestors of Ghazni’s Moqur district. In the meeting, National Security Advisor while welcoming Moqur’s elders, dignitaries and influenced figures hear their demands and suggestions in various field in particular promotion of the district to province, improvement of security, economic development, access of people to public services, health and education. Elders of the district declared their support from government’s programs. Praising the protestors for their civil demands, Dr. Mohib said the government was focusing on changing the structures of a number of districts to provinces and it was necessary that overall review should be made in this regard. It is worth mentioning that Ghazni highway had been blocked for one week for promotion of Moqur district to province and finally the highway was reopened yesterday.
