Unprecedented Coordination Exists Among Afghan, Int’; Forces: Danesh

Kabul (BNA) Second Vice President, Sarwar Danesh has said that unprecedented coordination existed between Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) and the international troops serving the country.
He made the remarks in meeting with Martin Langdon, Charge d’ Affaires of the British Embassy to Afghanistan here the other day.
During the meeting, the British diplomat assured his country’s support to the government of national unity.
Matters pertaining capacity building in different fields of the government and electoral reforms were also discussed during the meeting.
Thanking Britain for its support to Afghanistan over the past more than a decade and stressing for farther enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries, the vice president Danesh said that the government of national unity has taken important and ensuring good governance in the country. Stressing for equipping and supporting ANSF, the vice President said that the support of international community to the National Unity Government is vital for peace and prosperity in the country.
According to another report, a delegation of elders and lawmakers from Behsoud district of Wardak province called on the Second Vice President, Sarwar Danesh in his office the other day and apprised him about the problems of their area including the lingering problem between Kuchis (nomads) and the locals of the district and calling for amicable solution. The second vice president said that a commission would soon commence its work to find solution of the problems between the two sides, adding the NUG is committed to solve the problems of all the citizens.
