Tuesday February 4, 2020
Kabul (BNA) Peace is an essential need for people of Afghanistan, but reaching to peace as a national desire of Afghans seems difficult so far.
BNA analyst commenting on the issue writes, considering the recent issues discussed in US-Taliban negotiation in Doha, need to peace and its importance to social, economic and political fields understandable in different dimensions, but demands and requests are given to specified groups by others complicated the peace process.
There is no need to deep scrutiny about peace negotiation, because, internal and external politicians frequently expressed that the groups are involving in Afghanistan dilemma dependent on countries of the region and beyond, the groups are playing political role of the countries and doing what ordered by intelligences of the countries.
If our understanding of peace is social welfare and development, if our understanding of peace is ending the killing in the country, if our understanding of peace is stable and reliable future, if the discussion is obeying the will of millions of people in Afghanistan, so reaching the peace is not difficult.
Afghans considering compatibility, mutual understanding and political wisdom should be start intra-Afghan peace negotiations aiming to end violence, war, poverty and hundreds other tragedies in the country.
In this case, the independence of action is taken from others and finally, Afghans will accept that ending of the conflicts and several decades’ disputes in Afghanistan is belong to themselves.
Otherwise, history will judge and future generations will send curse to those who have sacrificed national interests for interests of others.
