Kabul (BNA) Marshal Mohammad Qasim Fahim first vice president met some elders and Jehadi commanders of Takhar province.
The elders of Takhar shared their local problems with Marshal Fahim. He told the elders and commanders that the present Afghanistan has some sensitivity now that is in need of precision.
He noted that the most important element for attaining victory under the present conditions is unity and solidarity among the people and the residents of this homeland and I ask you to strengthen your links and do not allow that discord lead towards insecurity in your regions.
He noted that Afghanistan soon will be witnessing the transition of security responsibility from foreign forces to Afghan security forces and this indeed is a matter of pride for us for the Afghan security forces with the help of Allah have reached the stage to ensure security in the country.
He assured the elders and commanders that their local problems will be addressed.
