Trenkoit (BNA) Deadly air and ground raids of Afghan security forces continued on Taliban strongholds in Kandahar and Urozgan provinces, the security officials reported from killing of dozens insurgents.
Six strongholds of the Taliban with all war equipment have been destroyed.
ANA senior commander in Atal army corps in south of the country told BNA, in latest air and ground raids of Afghan security forces, 33 Taliban were killed and some others were injured.
Foreign fighters were also among the dead.
During the last three days of air and ground raids of Afghan security forces on Taliban strongholds in parts of Urozgan and Kandahar provinces, nearly 50 armed oppositions were killed and tens others were injured.
Security officials in south of the country said, huge damages were inflected to Taliban in the raids.
