Kabul (BNA) Ministry of Information and Culture on Tuesday appreciated a well-known Afghan pilot, Shayesta Wayez who is planned to use her small plane to make a trip around the world, with recently taking off from an American airport and landed at the Kabul International Airport, after visiting ten countries, Bakhtar News Agency (BNA) reported.
Dr. Kamal Sadat, Deputy to the Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture, while appreciating her in a special ceremony asked her to convoy the Afghan youth peace message to the world through her tours around the globe, said a statement from his office said the other day. The deputy minister also asked the youth to make effort to bring change in their society like Shayesta Wayez, and the girls to join the country’s security forces to defend their country, said the statement. As an Afghan, she said wanted to convoy messages of other youths to the world countries, where she was traveling to, the statement quoted.
According to the statement, earlier the country’s President, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani and CE, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah have warmly welcomed Shayesta Wayez.
