LASHKARGAH (BNA) The perpetrator of several criminal events has been arrested in Helmand.
Rafiullah has arrested by police in Nawa district late yesterday.
He is accused of dozens of cases of theft, robbery, and drug trafficking in Helmand.
Helmand security source told BNA that Rafiullah had been chased by police for a long time
He had been arrested three times on charges of involvement in criminal offenses and had escaped from prison all three times.
