Kabul (BNA) President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan approved an application, the independent Local Organs presented to the presidential palace, under which Fazullah Mojaddedi was appointed Takhar governor, the presidential palace said the other day.
In order to improve the related affairs, the country’s president, after resignation of Dr. Zia as governor of relatively insecure province, approved appointment of Mujaddedi , according to the presidential press office.
Earlier, Abdul Matin Baihad been assigned as the Independent Administrative of the Local Organs and Haji Almas Zahid as the presidential senior adviser and special representative in the national affairs solidarity, a separate statement said.  During a ceremony attended by the elders, influential figures and jihadi and political personalities held at the presidential palace, in which Jaji Almas was officially introduced for the post.
Some other qualified personalities have also been approved the presidential office as nominee ministers and introduced to the house of people for vote of confidence.
Mohammad Shafiq Gulagha Shirzai, as Borders and Tribal Affairs nominee minister, said the statement obliging the state minister for the parliamentary affairs has to refer the approval to the parliament.
Likewise, Mohammad Hamid Tahmasi has been introduced to the house as the nominee minister of transport said the statement adding Hamayoun Muhtat has been appointed as the director of population registration office and Mohammad Wais Payab as technical deputy to the E-Tazkira distribution of the Central Statistics Office.
