FM Rabbani Meets Turkmen Counterpart In India

Kabul (BNA) Afghanistan Prime Minister, Salahuddin Rabbani in a meeting with his Turkmen counterpart Rashid Muradov, at the threshold of the 6th Ministerial Conference of the Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process discussed some key issues in Amritsar of India, the other day, his office said.

In a statement, the press office for the country’s foreign minister said both sides spoke about the agreements on mutual cooperation signed between the two countries presidents and practical measures for their implementation. The two countries foreign ministers called the inauguration of the Ata Murad-Aqina railway, a great achievement in cooperation between the two countries and persisted on bilateral will for further expansion of cooperation in different fields, particularly in trade, transport and energy, the statement said.
