Khalili Meets Iranian President’s Cultural Advisor

Kabul (BNA) Second Vice-President, Mohammad Karim Khalili met with the cultural advisor of President of Iran who is visiting Afghanistan at the head of a delegation of that country. 
At the meeting during which Abdul Hamid Nabizada head of the national library of Iran and Sakhi Munir head of the national archive of the country were present, Dr. Ishaq Salahi head of the documents and national library of Iran, talked on the importance of reconstruction of cultural centers, preparedness of his country to assist the government of Afghanistan in equipping of public library and national achieve of Afghanistan in digital systems. 
He added that Afghanistan possesses cultural riches and the public library and national achieve are some of the richest cultural centers in the region. 
He stressed that equipping of those cultural centers can better introduce the culture and civilization of this country to the world. 
He also promised that Iran will cooperate with Afghanistan in construction of the Afghan public library. 
Khalili in the meeting appreciating the cooperation of Iran called reconstruction of the cultural centers of Afghanistan an important priority of Afghanistan. 
He added that Afghanistan is an important cultural and historical zone at the world level and the riches of this zone not only belong to the present but future generation and these need to be equipped with the modern systems. 
Khalili asked the head of the national archive and public library so by using this cooperation of prepares specific programs for equipping, development and modernizing of those centers so that the interested people make utmost use of richness of them.
