Kabul Municipality Invests Over Six Billion Afghanis in 165 Projects in Kabul

 

KABUL (BNA): Kabul Municipality is planning to implement a total of 165 projects valued at 6.4 billion Afghanis in the capital city of Kabul during the current solar year. Niamatullah Barekzai, an official from Kabul Municipality, shared that these projects will focus on the reconstruction and development of roads, construction of canals, and establishment of green spaces.
In an update on the progress of various infrastructure projects in Kabul, Barekzai highlighted ongoing work on the second section of the Kotal Khairkhana road, the Qasaba road leading to Charahi Shahid intersection, the Badam Bagh road, the Qala-e-Shanan road towards Qala-e-Zamankhan, development of the Dehmazang road to Kota-e-Sangi, the Doghabad-Golbagh road, and the Airport road extending to the Customs Office. These projects are expected to be completed by the end of the current solar year.
Additionally, Kabul Municipality recently completed and opened three road construction projects in Kabul city.
