Kabul (BNA) A meeting was held in Parwan province, with a number of youths including boys and girls celebrating the Youth Day, the Bakhtar News Agency said the other day.
According to the agency, hundreds of youths, university teachers and a number of elders from the center and districts of the province attended a ceremony hosted by the office for youth affairs of the provincial department of information and culture. Hakim Bawari, youth affairs in charge spoke at the ceremony and called marking the day a move to pay regards to the youth. Provincial council member, Hasina Effat also spoke at the meeting calling the role of the youth important in the society, and asked the government for tackling their problems emanated from lack of employment, said the agency.
