FAIZABAD (BNA) Two thousand books were delivered to the public library of Badakhshan Department of Information and Culture today.
According to BNA reports, The Embassy of Iran will present these books, which include sections (encyclopedia, psychology, culture, literature, sociology, economics, journalism, medicine and political science), to the public library of the Department of Information and the culture of that province has handed over.
Muazeddin Ahmadif, director of information and culture, said the books were handed over to them by the Iranian embassy based on their proposal and the attention of the ministry’s leadership.
He said that these books were given to the Badakhshan Public Library in order to enrich the Badakhshan Public Library and develop the reading culture, which is praised by the Badakhshan Cultural Society.
