KABUL (BNA) Minister Sheikh Shahabuddin Delawar, head of the Commission for Contact Afghan Personalities, and their returns, made the commission’s bill public in the presence of the media at a press conference at the Government Media Center on Saturday.
Delaware said the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is committed to protect property and honoring Afghan personalities who return to the country.

The commission’s bill announced has 15 clauses that indicate committing safety, and honor of returning Afghan personalities.
Head of the CommissionSheikh Shahabuddin Delawar announcing the commission’s bill said Islamic Emirate is responsible for the security of all Afghans, and once again called on all Afghan to return to their country, and live a normal with dignity.
