Badakhshan (BNA) The Concern Worldwide Institute, in collaboration with the Badakhshan Department of Disaster Management, distributed foodstuffs to 250 needy families thursday.
Mawlawi Mohammad Akram Akbari, director of natural disaster management in Badakhshan province, told BNA: “These vulnerable families were surveyed and identified from different parts of Badakhshan.”
According to him, 100kg flour, 8kg cooking oil, 7kg chickpeas and amount of table salt have been distributed to each family.
He added that the aid will be distributed to families in four months in four round of time.
