Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai appreciated the program “Jirgai Azadi” aired by the RTA and BBC Media Action.
Focusing on social issues on “people face to face with official” and so far has been aired for three times. After watching the third program of “Jirgai Azadi” and in talks with the anchors of the program, the president has expressed his support, saying the youth has turned to vital force in developing the country.
The president also noted that the program “Jirgai Azad” not only indicates freedom of expression but also institutionalize the press freedom.
Meantime, a Kabul resident Hamidullah said he is waiting to watch the fourth round of Jirgai Azad. While in charges of the program say the fourth round will soon be aired.
