Mehtarlam (BNA) Unidentified Gunmen martyred a religious scholar in Laghman yesterday.
Shafiullah Afghanyar , spokesman for the Laghman police chief, told BNA that unidentified gunmen martyred the religious scholar, who was in charge of the Hajj and Endowments Department in the province, in the Anar Bagh area of Mehtarlam city in central Laghman.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
