Armed Taliban Rebels Killed In 2 Provinces

Qala-e-Naw (BNA) Six armed Taliban rebels were killed in Badghis province last night.
Khan Jan Zafar member of Badghis provincial council told BNA, Taliban attacked on police checkpoint in Bala Murghab district last night, in which six armed rebels were killed and two others were injured by police in a clash.
According to Zafar, numerous weapons of the rebels were also seized by security forces. 
Another report says that five armed Taliban were killed in Farah province last night.
Gul Bahar Mujahid Farah security directorate head told BNA, Taliban attacked from two direction on police checkpoint in Poshtrod district of the province which caused killing of five insurgents and injuring of nine others.
He said, in the clashes, a security forces was martyred and the area is under the control of security forces.
