Kabul (BNA) Minister of Information and Culture, Dr. Sayed Makhdoom who was expected to be summoned by the Wolesi Jerga (lower house of parliament) would not be questioned, said second Wolesi Jerga deputy yesterday.
Quoting Second Secretary for the House of People Farhad Azimi, Bakhtar News Agency said that the questioning of Minister of Information and Culture, Dr, Sayed Makhdom Raheen has been negated, adding that the deputies signed the questioning paper for his questioning on Saturday last week.
He added that after assessments, considering the current situation in the country nothing can be done through changing of features and in order to create coordination with the ministry almost 55 deputies took back their signatures and this way the questioning issue was negated based on the internal regulation of the House of People.
