Kabul (BNA) Due to lack of ballot papers 10 polling centers is close in eastern Laghman province.
According to reports, hundreds people will not vote due to closing the centers.
According to released figure, ballot papers have been transferred to 79 polling centers and there is no ballot papers in 10 other polling centers in Laghman province.
Noruddin Fatrat director of Independent Election Commission in Laghman told BNA correspondent, efforts underway to transfer ballot papers for 10 polling centers in the province.
There are remote areas in Laghman province that ballot papers didn’t transferred so far.
Due to presence of terrorist group, transferring of ballot papers is possible through air in the areas.
