Elders of Balkh Urge Islamic Emirate to Boost Employment

 

KABUL (BNA): A group of elders and dignitaries from different ethnic groups in Balkh province met with Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, and asked him to prioritize job creation in their province.

The representatives of the group, Alam Khan Azadi and Mohammad Suroor, praised the Islamic Emirate for bringing freedom and independence to Afghanistan after four decades of war.

They also appealed to the Islamic Emirate to address the economic challenges faced by the people, especially in Balkh. Mr Hanafi assured the group that the Islamic Emirate is determined to provide security, protection, and legal rights to all citizens.

He also said that the Islamic Emirate is working hard to create employment opportunities and facilitate development in the country.
