Pul-e-Alam (BNA) An airstrike in Logar eight Taliban insurgents were killed.
The Taliban were reportedly planting landmines along the road in the Ziarat Kakoi village of Barak-i-Barak district when the air force targeted them and killed eight and wounded four others.
Shahpour Ahmadzai, a spokesman for Logar governor told BNA, that eight Taliban insurgents were killed and four others were wounded in the airstrike.
The Taliban have not yet commented in this regard.
