Kabul (BNA) Police of Takhar province arrested three men on charges smuggling narcotic drug.
Khalil Aseer police spokesman of Takhar told BNA correspondent, the three men placed narcotic drug in a vehicle and wanted to smuggle it from Chal district to Taliqan city, have been detained by security forces.
The case is under investigation by police forces.
