Dozens Houses and Hundreds Acres of Fields Protected from Flood Danger
Jalalabad (BNA) With construction of a retaining wall, tens of houses and hundreds of acres of farms in Nangarhar were protected from flood danger.
The wall has built about five hundred meters along a river in Kot district.
An official from Nangarhar Department of Agriculture told ٔ BNA that the construction of the wall saved dozens of homes and nearly a thousand acres of fields.
Peasants and other villagers welcomed the construction of this retaining wall.
