KABUL (BNA): Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs of Islamic Emirate, arrived in Khost today.
Accompanying him were Sheikh Mohammad Khalid Hanafi, Acting Minister of Vice and Virtue, Mawlawi Sadr Aazam Osmani, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock, and Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal, Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce.
Upon arrival, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir discussed the security and social situation of Khost with Mullah Bismillah Abdullah, the governor, and other local officials.
Governor Bismillah Abdullah assured that security is maintained in all areas of the province, including the capital of Khost, and that collaborative efforts with national influencers and the public have positively impacted local administration activities.
The Deputy Prime Minister is scheduled to meet with some scholars and prominent figures of the province during his stay.
