Kabul (BNA) Dr. Rangin Dadfar Spanta the advisor to president on National Security held meeting with his Indian counterpart Shiv Shinkar Minan here in Presidential Palace.
The Indian dignitary, in the meeting assured his country’s firm support in providing training to Afghan security forces, scholarship to Afghan students and building schools and backing development projects in the country.
Hinting at achievements over the past decade in Afghanistan, Dr. Spanta in addition to expressing gratitude over Indian support urged his Indian counterpart to encourage Indian private sector for investing in Afghanistan.
Both side also stressed for implementation of the strategic partnership inked by the presidents of the two nations in 2011.
