Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) Nine Taliban insurgents were killed in Kaldar district of Balkh yesterday.
Mohammad Hanif Rezaei, spokesman for Shaheen 209 Corps, told BNA that the airstrikes targeted a Taliban rally in Kaldar district of Balkh, killing nine Taliban insurgents.
Rezaei added that seven other insurgents were wounded during the airstrike and that Taliban weapons and four of their motorcycles were destroyed.
