Kabul (BNA) A delegation of the ministry for information and culture arrived Ashkhabad the capital of Turkmenistan yesterday to attend the Nawroz or New Year festival which has been recognized as international festival by the United Nations.
According to BNA report from Ashkhabad, the Nawroz festival will be celebrated in the presence of delegates from Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Turkmenistan and Turkey there.
A group of artists and singers including Ms. Seta Qasimi and Mr. Hassan Bismal is also among Afghan delegation in the visit to Ashkhabad.
