KABUL (BNA): Mawlavi Matiullah Khalis, the Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS), has arrived in China.
According to a statement released by ARCS, during his stay, Mr. Khalis will engage in discussions with senior officials from the Chinese Red Cross and other relief organizations.
These discussions aim to coordinate sustained humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan in collaboration with the Afghan Red Crescent.
Mr. Khalis will also endeavor to secure aid from Chinese relief organizations for those affected by recent natural disasters in Afghanistan.
