Acting Foreign Minister, Turkmen Envoy Confer on Bilateral Ties in Kabul

KABUL (BNA): The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Afghanistan, Khawaja Awadov, met with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maulvi Amir Khan Mottaqi, to discuss bilateral relations between the two neighbors.

The meeting focused on economic issues and major projects between the two countries.

The ambassador of Turkmenistan assured the continuation of constructive relations between Ashgabat and Kabul and added that his country will continue to cooperate with Afghanistan in various fields.

The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Amir Khan Muttaqi emphasized that the Islamic Emirate desires good and positive bilateral relations with the world, especially neighboring countries, and will not allow anyone to challenge any country from the soil of Afghanistan.

It is worth noting that the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs also met with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Kabul on Saturday.
