Kabul (BNA) Russian President Vladimir Putin in a message sent to President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani congratulated Afghanistan’s Independence Day.
In the message, the Russian President described relations between his country and Afghanistan as cordial and hoped that bilateral relations would farther get closer for the interest of peace and stability in Central Asian region.
