Kabul (BNA) Muay Thai athletes and coaches were appreciated by National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Afghanistan yesterday.
The athletes were participated in Muay Thai international competitions held in Russia and returned home with three bronze medals.
Munawar Shah Shahzad in-charge of publication in National Olympic Committee told BNA reporter, the Muay Thai international competitions hosted by Russia on the date of 20-27 November, 2016, which Sayed Rohullah Musawi, Shuja Jamal and Suhrab Salahshour Afghan Muay Thai fighters could to obtain bronze medals from these tournaments.
Meanwhile, Mahmoud Hanif acting head of National Olympic Committee of Afghanistan while appreciating Muay Thai athletes also admired coaches and referees of them.
