Georgian President’s Visit To Kabul Suspended

Kabul (BNA) Foreign ministry spokesperson Janan Mosazai said yesterday that the visit of the Georgian President to Kabul was delayed due to heavy rain falls and bad weather. 
Janan Mosazai who was speaking to a press conference said that it was expected that president of Georgia arrive in Kabul and carry on a series of meetings with the president and other higher government authorities of Afghanistan, but due to heavy snowfalls and bad weather the visit has been suspended for the time being. 
He also informed the media of the visit of the deputy minister for political affairs of foreign ministry to Japan and added that this trip takes place for preparing the successful holding of Tokyo Economic cooperation conference with Afghanistan. 
He however rejected the reports on abusing and beatings of Afghan ambassador by the Minister Councilor of that embassy in Washington which was carried by foreign media and said that this is not true. 
However he said that verbal and physical skirmishes had occurred among the employees and the perpetrators were summoned to Kabul while the ambassador had no involvement in it.
