Kabul (BNA) Unknown gunmen assassinated Noor Khoda Shamal, the police chief of Siah Gard district of Dara-e-Ghorband, Parwan in the center of Kapisa last night.
Wahida Shahkar, spokeswoman for the governor of Parwan, told BNA that the commander was shot and martyred by unknown gunmen as he was moving towards his house in Guldan area of central Kapisa.
He said, efforts are underway to detain the perpetrators of the event.
