Kabul (BNA) Based on a presidential decree at least 30 prisoners were released from Samangan jail yesterday.
Ahmad Ramin Nadeshwar head appeal court in Samangan said BNA correspondent, the inmates were released based on presidential decree issued on behalf of 28th victory anniversary of Mujahidden.
It has been said, 250 prisoners including 14 women are living in Samangan jail.
