Kabul (BNA) Police of Sar-e-Pul province discovered and defused a mine which was placed in a motorcycle yesterday.
Nasrat Rahimi acting spokesman of interior ministry told BNA correspondent, the terrorists planned to detonate the motorcycle at the grand Quran recitation ceremony in Khardar region, Sar-e-Pul province, but not succeeded to their evil goal and arrested by police personnel.
