Youth To Play Key Role In Run-Off

Kabul (BNA) A joint gathering held yesterday by Deputy Ministry of Youth Affairs for MoIC with cooperation of Quick Development and Relief Organization for public awareness related to second round of the election.
The gathering was held in Kabul with participation of more than 200 youths including boys and girls. MoIC’s Deputy Minister for Youth Affairs, Timor Shah Ishaqzai considered role of youth vital and said, “Active and mass participation of youth are key and decisive, adding more than 60% of the country’s population is youth and their participation in this national process will be determinative and decisive.”  In the gathering, head of Quick Development and Relief Organization Mohammad Shoaib also delivered speech and said, “We’re asking the country’s all youth to play their role in this national process by widely participating in election run-off, adding such gatherings has been held in 14 provinces of the country so far.” The gathering was attended by representatives of MoI, MoWA and IEC.
