Second Rounds Of Talks For Cooperation Agreement Between Afghanistan, EU Begins

Kabul (BNA) The second rounds of talks for cooperation agreement between the European Union and Afghanistan began in Kabul Thursday. 
According to the foreign ministry Jawed Ludin had led the Afghan delegation in the meeting while David Tir from the EU foreign policy led the delegation. 
The first round of talks held in March this year. In his speech, Mr. Ludin expressed confidence that EU as a close partner of Afghanistan would continue to support after 2014 and inking cooperation agreement would further enhance the relations between the two sides. 
The head of EU delegation that “all those gathered around this table are committed to a dynamic and effective government for Afghanistan. 
And this talk indicates would emphasize for good governance, democracy, justice and human rights. 
It is important for both sides and this agreement is credible at least for 10 years and is committed to the agreement came out of Tokyo conference”.
