Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai expressed his sorrows over the death of Nelson Mandela former President of South Africa and called his death a great loss for all the human beings and the people of South Africa.
He called Mandela a just leader and a great personality who put up tough struggle colonialism and apartheid whose struggle against has been inspiring for all the world leaders.
He added that Mandela brought about a considerable change in revival of the rights and lives of the black population of South Africa.
He stressed that Mandela was a great supporter of human beings equality and for attaining of their rights and he was a just-seeking person whose views were close to the Islamic teachings.
Expressing his sorrows over the death of Mandela the president conveyed his deep sympathies with his family and people of South Africa and all freedom-loving people of the world. Mandela was in hospital for treatment of his lungs and later he was under treatment at his home who died Thursday at the age of 95.
